Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please review our policy below.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided your item meets the eligibility conditions; requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please share a trackable return number so we can keep track of your return. 

Important: If you’d like to return an item, please reach out to us via email, and we'll share the return instructions depending on your region, as we have different warehouse locations.  To begin the process, send an email to our support team at customersupport@lexandyork.com with your order number, photos of the issue and reason for return, and we'll respond within 24 hours.

    Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, intimate apparel, or undergarments. Any item that has been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

    Issues with Your Order

    Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery, and if you notice any defects, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

    Exchanges

    If you’d like a different colour, size, or product, please contact us via email and we'll respond within 24 hours.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm your refund approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days and your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to reflect. If it's been more than 15 business days since your refund approval, please send us an email.

    Please note: Returns sent without prior confirmation or to the wrong address may not reach us. Return shipping costs are typically covered by the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
