At Belvoir, we place great emphasis on a seamless ordering process. If you notice any errors, please contact us immediately. Our team will attempt to correct any errors before shipping. To ensure fast delivery to you, our shipping process is completely automated, allowing order confirmation right after your purchase. Please be aware that we cannot always guarantee changes to orders. Please review your information carefully before finalizing your order.

The delivery time is specified separately on each product page and is as follows:

UK, Canada1 - 9 business days

European Union2 - 8 business days

USA 5 - 14 business days

Australia 5 - 21 business days

Due to high demand for specific models, some of our products may be out of stock. If a product is not in stock, this will be indicated on the product page of the affected model, along with the specific delivery time in days. This way, you always know when your order will arrive before making a purchase.

The delivery period for payment by advance bank transfer begins on the day after the payment order is placed with the bank responsible for the transfer, and for all other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.

Once we hand over your order to the courier service, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package, allowing you to monitor the delivery status at any time.

Exchange Policies (If applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or our faults in production and shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@shop-belvoir.com. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

Cancellation (if applicable)

If you change your mind about your purchase, please sending us an email to customerservice@shop-belvoir.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.Please be informed that a management and transaction fee (1.5% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.Full refund only applies to switching orders.Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%.

Refund & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
